The conference emphasizes the crucial role of Earth observation and in combination with other geodata in building sustainable and resilient cities. We encourage submissions addressing these special topics, including, but not limited to:

  • Utilizing artificial intelligence and big data analytics for urban planning, management, and monitoring.

Paper submission are welcomed in English following the conference template.
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library after a rigorous peer-review process.

Prospective authors are invited to contribute by submitting a full paper in English of no more than 4 pages double-column, including illustrations, results and references.
The accepted papers will be included in the JURSE 2025 Proceedings published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism and all authors of accepted papers must transfer copyright to IEEE for publishing them.
